• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
